While our specialty is in Middle Eastern desserts and most Middle Eastern desserts (at least the
ones we make!) call for natural ingredients such as medjool dates and pistachios we are naturally
placed at the forefront of the natural foods industry. (Yes, we said natural-ly 3 times in 1
sentence)
- Bon Dates:

As the creators of the term Bon Date (chocolate covered stuffed medjool date is too long
of a phrase!) naturally it is our crowd pleaser. Bon Dates are made with all natural medjool dates
and a variety of nuts (walnuts and almond are the most popular) dipped in only the finest dark
chocolate.
What is the best way to consume Bon Dates:
Bon Dates are a great way to get your chocolate splurge without the guilt. Medjool dates
have more potassium than a banana and more antioxidants than blueberries. When paired with
rich dark chocolate you get nothing more than a natural decedent dessert sans guilt. In the
Middle East they are considered top of the line and consumed various ways. You can eat them as
a dessert after a meal, on its own to treat yourself or served at dinner gatherings to treat your
guests or hostess.
- Mamool cookies:

Mamool cookies are the Middle Eastern version of chocolate chip cookies in their
popularity. Mamool cookies are a special shortbread cookie filled with either piscahio or medjool
dates. The final touch is the decorative patterns on the top of each cookie making every Mamool
cookie a piece of art.
So when do you eat Mamool cookies?
Mamool cookies are made and served during the holidays. Besides the holidays they are
common as every treats. They are often served to guests with a cup of tea or Arabic coffee.
Because of the date filling and protein intake they are also commonly consumed as a quick
breakfast snack with a glass of milk.
